1. I sent you the contact form, what's next?
We will contact you via e-mail within two business days with a price quote and may ask you for more details about your project. After we have all the information we need, we will build a no-obligation website mockup for you. The website will be available online, so you can see it and give us your feedback. If you approve the mockup design we will finish it, if you don't - there is no commitment.

2. What is included in your website design price?
The price includes a complete custom website with 3 to 10 web pages, a logo/header design, search engine optimization (SEO), and submission to the major search engines. We can also include options like slide show, custom e-mail forms, photo gallery, testimonials, responsive design, PayPal payments or donations, social media links and live feeds...
What is NOT included in our price: hosting service and domain name, content writing, excessive content, etc..

3. What website content do I need to provide?
Once we agree on your website design, you need to provide us with all the content (text, pictures, links, etc.) for your website, in a high quality digital format/files. We cannot accept handwritten text, scanned pages/images, very low quality or watermarked photos, etc...
If you do not have any pictures for your website, we may include some free stock photos at no extra charge.

4. Why are your prices so low?
We are a small, freelance web design studio. Our operational costs are low and we work much more efficiently than the big web design companies.

5. Will my website be "Mobile device" and "Search Engine" friendly?
Yes. A responsive (mobile website) design option is included at no extra charge with all packages, except the "Basic" package. All the websites we create are search engine optimized (SEO) and the website design is compliant with Search Engines guidelines.

6. How much is the upfront cost to get my project started?
There is no commitment, deposit, or money upfront. You have to see and approve the initial mockup. We will never ask you for credit card #'s, personal info, or other sensitive information.

7. I like your prices, but I'm not sure what to expect for this price?
If you are a small business owner, independent professional, nonprofit organization, etc. and you need a professional looking website at an affordable price, you've come to the right place. We will build you a unique, attractive website, using the latest web technologies, for the best price possible. It will be optimized for Google, Yahoo, and Bing and submitted to all major search engines.
But you should be realistic. If you want "The best website in the world" or a website comparable to the big corporations websites, our services are probably not for you. A corporate website can costs tens of thousands of $ to create. For examples of our work see the "Our Work" page.

8. Will I be able to update the website you created for me?
Yes. Your website will be on the WordPress platform that has a simple dashboard where you can log in and edit your content in an editor, that makes updates as simple as editing a MS Word document. After the project completion, we will also send you some video tutorials which will show you the basics.

9. Do you work with Wordpress and other Content Management Systems?
Yes we do. Most of the websites we create are done in Wordpress, but we also do HTML websites.

10. I want to build an online store, can you design it for me?

11. I have some ideas about the website I want, but I'm not sure how to explain them?
Depending on your preferences, we can build your website based entirely on your ideas and style or we can design it based on our view of the project, integrating your ideas into it.
If you just want a good looking website to fit your intent and goals, we will build it based on our experience and taste.

12. Can I just call you to explain my ideas about my website?
In order to keep track and record of each of our current and future clients, we prefer to communicate via e-mails and our prices are based on that. However, if you need to discuss something over the phone, you can reach us at 615-502-2037, Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.

13. How long will it take to have my website completed?
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days after we have all the content (text and pictures) from you, to have your project completed.

14. I have a lot of text and pictures that need to be included in the website you are building for me - is there any additional fee for the extra work?
Our prices are based on a reasonable amount of content per each page. What is reasonable is up to our designers' discretion. Any excessive content may be subject to a small additional fee.

15. Who owns the website once it is completed?
The website belongs to you and if you wish to update it on your own or use another web design company - you are completely at liberty to do so.

16. How much time do I have to provide the content for the website that you are designing for me?
We expect to receive all the content and complete the project, within no more than 6 weeks after you approve the initial mockup. After this time frame, the project fee needs to be paid in full if you want us to continue with the project.

17. Do you offer monthly maintenance?
If you need frequent website updates, we can maintain and update your website for a very affordable monthly fee.

18. I have a website and I just want to add some new text and photos, can you do it for me?
Yes, even if your website is not built by us, we can update your website for a very reasonable price.

19. Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes, we do. We can redesign, retaining your current style, or we can redesign to give it a completely new look. We will redesign your website by taking advantage of the latest web technologies and making it Search Engine Friendly.

20. Do you provide a hosting service and domain name?
If you need a domain name and web hosting for your project, you can see our "Recommended Hosting" for some good and affordable hosting providers. You can choose the domain name you would like when signing up for hosting - it's an easy and simple process.

21. I see "Hard Web Design" on the bottom of my website pages. Why is that there and can you remove it?
These links are included in each website we create (see our Terms & Conditions page) and they help us keep our prices low. The client may request to remove the link for an additional fee of 10% of the total project price.

22. Do you provide content writing services?
No, but we can help you find an affordable service that fits your budget.

23. What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and why it is so valuable?
SEO is the process of making your website easy for the search engines to read, find, determine what it's about, and quantify its relevancy to users. As consumers continue to turn to search engines (like Google, Bing, and Yahoo) to find local businesses, appearing higher in the search engine results becomes very important for growing your business.

24. What is included in your SEO optimization?
Your website will be search engine optimized with meta tags, keywords, internal links, headers, etc... ("All in one SEO" plug-in).
However, you should be aware that when Google determines your website rank/position in the searches it also considers stuff such as: your domain name and relation to the searched keyword, the domain name age, the quality of your website content (text) and the relation to the searched keyword, external links to your website, social media links/feedback, etc...

25. What are Hosting Server and Domain Name and why I need these for my website?
Domain Names
When you have a website visitor, they use your domain name to view your website (for example www.yourwebsite.com). When a site visitor enters your domain name into a browser, the domain is then translated into your server IP address, then the server sends that user your site files, which their browser represents to them as a typical web-page.

Web-Hosting Servers
The web hosting is much like the space that you rent out to have your business in. It's the space provided by your host, to store your website files on a special online server. Without the hosting services, you won't have a place for your files to reside, so your domain would then become like a disconnected phone number in the phone directory, and your site files would have nowhere to stay.

In order to have your own website you need to buy your own hosting account and domain name. We do not provide such services and they are not included in our price, but you can see our "Recommended Hosting" page for some reliable and affordable hosting providers. You can choose the domain name you like (if it is available) when signing up for hosting.

26. What is WordPress and why you need to install it on my domain?
WordPress is a free, open source website platform. It's probably the easiest and most powerful website content management system in existence today. In order to have ability easily to update your website on your own, we use the the WordPress platform for your website. You can also easily add plug-ins, new themes, and upgrade your website in the future.
WordPress is provided free of charge by your hosting provider and they usually have an automatic installation tool available via your hosting control panel.
Once we agree on the final website design, in order to proceed, we need to install the WordPress platform at your domain (you need a hosting plan that supports WordPress). We can give you guidance how to install WordPress on your own or we may install it for you but will need your hosting Control Panel log-in to do so (you will change the password after we are done).

27. Why you can't complete my website on your server and then upload it on my domain?
The WordPress installations on our server are for design/layout mockups only, so we can't upload the client's files or content there. Once we agree on the design, we need to install the website on the client server and then we can start including the content (text, pictures, pages, etc.) provided by the client..

28. I need a Classified / Dating / Real Estate Broker / Auction website - can you build it from me?
Complex websites like these, are very expensive/complicated to create from scratch, and they are usually based on prebuilt plug-ins. You can search in Google for such wordpress plug-in and once you find the right solution for your needs, we can to help you to install it on your domain.

29. Do I need a SSL Certificate on my Website
Although the SSL is not mandatory, unless you collect sensitive information (credit card #s, SSN, etc..) directly on your website, it is highly recommended. If your website doesn't have a SSL certificate, it will display a 'Not Secure' in the URL bar and it may have a lower position/rank in the Google searches. And it is not only for Google, visitors also trust the secure sites.
You can get a SSL for your website from your hosting provider. Most hosting companies will provide it for free with your hosting plan, but with other you may need to buy it.
